Aguilera Floor, operated by AGUILERA HARDWOOD FLOOR LLC, provides hardwood flooring services to residential and commercial clients in Bridgeport, Connecticut and the surrounding Fairfield County area.
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the quote. Final pricing may be adjusted if additional work is discovered during the project. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your project date.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, weather, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any changes promptly. Clients must provide reasonable access to the work area and ensure that the space is free of obstacles and furniture unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms are specified in your project contract. Typical terms require a deposit upfront with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
We stand behind our workmanship. Our installation work is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period specified in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, moisture issues, or normal wear and tear.
Aguilera Floor and AGUILERA HARDWOOD FLOOR LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes shall be resolved in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
